Our Family Shire Breeding Facilities
Our Shire kennel covers just over 10 hectares and includes meadows, woods, and ponds.
The kennel is located around our house, allowing us to keep a constant eye on them.
Meadows designed for their comfort
Each paddock has a stabilized area, equipped with a shelter, an automatic waterer that provides fresh and clean water at will, and a large hay feeder.
A stable adapted for foaling
We have set up a 50 m² foaling area. Here are some photos.
This area is monitored by cameras.
The foaling area can also be converted into two large 25 m² stalls, each with an automatic waterer and feeder.

A healthy and controlled diet
The fodder we provide them comes from our own meadows, located 2 km from our house. This allows us to be certain of what we are feeding them.
For this, I thank my parents for their help in pulling up the ragwort each year. This plant is sometimes found in our meadows. It is toxic to horses, both standing and dried in hay, from stem to flower.
A career in horse work
We had a 25m x 40m arena built so that we could ride and work our horses.
